Account data (name, email, role), organisation data, member and personnel data entered by your organisation (such as contact details, instrument/position, availability, travel documents where uploaded, fee information), usage data (log data, technical metadata) and communication data (emails sent via the platform).

We process data to provide the platform and its features (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of contract), to operate, secure and improve the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest), and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We use the following processors: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI features, only for content actively submitted to AI functions), Google (maps/places features).
